Please Note:
Post Entries will be accepted at 9:00 am Saturday August 21, 2010, for halter classes and up to one hour before performance classes.
Team pull entries are NOT to be included with halter & performance entries. Pulling competition entries will be accepted up to one hour before pull at the Draft Horse Office on the Exhibition Grounds.
Team Pull Entry Fee:
Team $35.00. To be eligible for the team pull, teams must be entered in two other classes, either performance or halter.
All Teams will be weighed in. The teams will be split in half with the top being the heavy and the bottom being the light. If there is an odd number of teams the middle team will be light if it weighs less than 3400 lbs, it will be heavy if they are more than 3401 lbs. Both weight classes will pull at the same time with the lightest team pulling first & heaviest team pulling last. Separate prize money will be paid for both classes Pulling rules will be posted at the Exhibition.
Stall Fees:
Double Tie Stall: $6.00 per day
Clean-up Deposit: $15.00 per stall. Clean-up deposit will be refunded after inspection of stall(s) when ready to leave.

Special Rules:
1. It is mandatory that Exhibitors have coverage under the Horse Council of BC.
2. Exhibitors must pay at the gate to enter the grounds. Immediately upon arriving see the Division Chairperson to receive your three-day Exhibitor Pass.
3. Entry fee is 10% of the 1st place prize money. Ribbons only classes (i.e. Grand & Reserve Champions) do not require an entry fee.
4. The date of birth will be considered to January 1st in the year the animal was foaled.
5. Classes will gather in a collecting ring ten minutes prior to their respective classes. Any Exhibitor who is not ready when his or her class is called will automatically forfeit the entry fee.
6. All foals must be exhibited in the halter. Mares may accompany foals into the ring at the discretion of the Exhibitor.
7. All animals must be tied or stalled when not being actively exhibited. No animal will be allowed to run at large on the Exhibition Grounds at any time.
8. Header or swomper required with hitch classes. All attendants will be presentable & in proper attire.
9. A junior is anyone 18 years old or younger. Proof of age may be requested.
10. No stallions to be handled by a Junior Exhibitor.
11. Weigh-in: Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00 am
12. Read ‘Notice of Exhibitors'.
13. All Exhibitors must sign the Liability Form upon arrival.
