Special Rules:
1. All Exhibitors in this Division must be registered members in the 4-H Club, in the project entered.
2. All animals to be used by the member project for the current year.
3. All animals may be shown in one class only, except in cases where the Exhibitor wishes to enter open classes. Exhibitors entering the open classes must pay an entry fee of $1.00.
4. There is NO entry fee for achievement classes.
5. Bedding and water will be supplied. Member is responsible for feed for their animals.
6. There will be NO meal tickets given out.
7. Judges decision is final.
8. All judging will be done in DANISH SYSTEM.
9. No horns on animals, except registered females.
10. Sheep must be sheared.
11. Market animals must be castrated.
12. No weight restrictions on beef, sheep and swine.
13. Only the member showing the animal must groom the animal.
14. No liquor or drugs on the grounds.
15. All barns close at 11:00 pm.
16. No sleeping in the barns.
17. Accommodation will be provided for campers in a designated area at a fee of $20.00 per camping unit.
18. No parking trucks or vehicles in front of the barns.
19. All animals must be on the grounds by Thursday August 19, 2010 no later than 9:00 pm.
20. Entry forms must be in by July 31, 2010 at the 4-H Office, Vanderhoof.
21. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Age 9 – 12 years as of December 31, 2009.
22. SENIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Age 13 – 19 years of age as of December 31, 2009.
23. Members showing horses MUST wear safety helmet when riding.
