BCAAFE Special Competition
The BC Association of Agricultural Fairs and Exhibitions (BCAAFE) invites Exhibitors of all ages to participate in the 2011 “Member’s Choice Awards’. Winning exhibits will be entered in the Annual Convention in October 2011 to compete against winning entries from other fairs from around BC. Please submit your entry in one or all of the following classes.

National Competition
Country Fair Baking Contest
This contest is open to anyone who bakes with the following sponsors, Robin Hood Flour, Fleischmann’s Yeast, Tenderflake, and CERTO.

Entry Fee: $2 per entry
Special Rules:
1. Only one entry per class per Exhibitor.
2. All entrants into the contest must sumbit entries that were made using the sponsor’s product.
3. Entries must be accompanied by product label and the recipe to qualify.
4. Entries are judged on appearance, texture, and creativity of recipe and presentation.
5. All first place winners must submit recipe, proof of purchase, photograph, and signed release form giving permission to the sponsors for use of the winner’s name, recipe and/or photograph in any other advertising or publicity without payment.
6. Winners must be present in the Exhibit Building on Sunday, August 21 at 3:30 pm to get their picture taken with their entry.
