Division 21 - Junior Exhibits

How to complete Junior Exhibitor Form/Tag
1. Use only one entry form per Junior Exhibitor (note exception in #6)
2. Division Name is Junior Exhibits.
3. Division Number is 21.
4. Class Number identifies the specific category, eg. 2101: Brownies, 4.
5. For age identification:
MUST HAVE THE AGE OF CHILD ON THE ENTRY FORM

Junior
*6-7 yr old “C”
*8-9 yr old “D”
*10-11 yr old “E”

6. Exception is the Junior Canning. Use a new entry form, Division Number is 13. Division Name is Home Preserving. Use Division 13 Class Numbers. End the Class Number with a ‘J’ for Junior, then the age identifier -- either ‘A’ or ‘B’, eg. 1350JB would signify Peach Jam 9-11 year old Junior.

Special Rules:
1. One entry per Exhibitor in each class.
2. Exhibitor must be between 6-11 years of age at the time of entry.
3. All entries must be the work of the Exhibitor.
4. No baking mixes can be used.
5. Any artwork or penmanship should be mounted on cardboard or like backing.
6. On the entry form and tag, add behind the class number the letter that represents the age of the Exhibitor.
7. Junior Canning is located under Home Preserving (Division 13).
