Facility Rentals

There are several ways you can rent the Nechako Valley Exhibition Grounds for your particular event or need.

1) ONE-TIME FACILITY RENTALS

All the facilities, including the buildings, barns and other ammentities are available for rent, either all together (the entire Grounds), or on an individual basis (eg. the Arena for a clinic). Examples include horse clinics, horse and cattle shows, concerts, family reunions, banquets, weddings and more. We recommend that you contact us a minimum of 1 month in advance to ensure that the facilities you require are available. Click here to view our facilities.

2) REGULAR FACILITY RENTALS

The indoor arena and outdoor riding rings are excellent places to ride your horse, or practice your event year round. Clubs that regularly use our facilities include pony clubs, roping and cattle penning groups, 4H and other community groups such as the archery club. Please contact us to arrange regular (weekly or monthly) rental of one of our facilities.

3) STALL RENTALS

There are indoor and outdoor pens and stalls available for rent on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. The stalls vary in size, and are located around the Grounds. The stalls and pens accomodate horses and cattle, however we welcome other animals too. Contact us at any time to book a stall or pen. We will try and accomodate emergency stays as well, for those of you who need a place to house your animal during an emergency.
