Advertising Opportunities
There are several ways in which your business or group can advertise with the Nechako Valley Exhibition Society. These include:
Online
Online advertising is now available on this website, presently only on the Calendar of Event pages. Businesses and individuals interested in purchasing ad space should read the following information, download the application form and/or contact our Webmaster for more information.
The customer or client must sign a contract with the NVES. The general terms and conditions are listed below.
CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The advertisement is to be approved by the NVES for content and nature.
- Ad file size will be maximum 40kb (ads comply with IAB Canada standards).
- Ad can have one roll-over image.
- Ad space is sold on a first come first served basis.
- Ads are placed in the calendar of events pages of www.nvesociety.com. The month and location (above or below calendar of events) that the ad is placed is chosen by the client.
- Ad Size: 600 x 90 px (Banner).

RATES
- Each ad space costs $10/month.
- One ad space reserved for a 12 month period is $100/year.
- Payment is due before ad is uploaded.
- Ads are sold on a first come first served basis.
APPLICATION FORM
- Print Application form for printing and mailing to NVES.
- Fill Application form for filling in digitally and emailing back to NVES.
- Email the NVES Webmaster for more information and to submit your ad. The NVES Webmaster can create your ad for an additional fee, payable to the NVES.
Billboards
Billboard space is available in the Indoor Riding Arena. To find out more, please contact us by phone or email. Prices vary depending on billboard size.
Printed Publications
Fall Fair Book
Ad space is available in the annual Fall Fair book. Ad sales begin in May. The book is published in June and has a run of over two months before the fair (third weekend in August). Please contact us for more information.
