The Nechako Valley Exhibition Grounds is located at 4051 Northside Road, Vanderhoof, BC
On the Grounds there are numerous buildings, barns and other amenities that provide the ideal location for horse clinics, horse and cattle shows, rodeos, concerts, family reunions, banquets, weddings and more. There are indoor and outdoor pens and stalls to house horses, cattle, sheep, etc. Our facilities are used regularly by pony clubs, roping and cattle penning groups, 4-H and other community groups.
In the winter months the heated indoor riding arena is available for use, and the outbuildings are used to store RVs and other vehicles out of the elements.

There are several ways you can rent the Nechako Valley Exhibition Grounds for your particular event. Please contact the Office at (250) 567-3011 or e-mail to see how we can best serve your needs.
During the winter months (November thru April) the Barns and Sheds are only available for storage of RV's and other units.
We recommend that you contact us a minimum of 1 month in advance to ensure that the facilities you require are available. Go to our Facilities page for more information .
The Indoor Arena and Outdoor Riding Ring are excellent places to ride your horse, or practice your event year round.
We have 6 month seasonal time slots available in either arena for $100 per season. This entitles your group to dedicated arena time every week for your discipline. Please inquire at the office for more details.
Groups that have regular rented time slots at our facilities include Dummy Roping, Barrels, Team Roping, Extreme Trail, Reining.
Rent a large indoor or outdoor pen for a maximum of 2 horses at a rate of $160.00/month with a $100 damage deposit.
Box stalls are available as well at $25/night drop in or $100/month.
